ይህ ፕሮጀክት የካሬ ቦታ ፍሬም / ቁመት 16 ሜትር / አጠቃላይ ርዝመት 30 ሜትር / አጠቃላይ ስፋቱ 18 ሜትር ነው.

1. የአረብ ብረት ቦታ ፍሬም መትከል የታችኛው መዋቅር ዘንግ እና የተገጠመ ቦርድ ተቀባይነት ካገኘ በኋላ መከናወን አለበት.ለታችኛው ድጋፍ የሚያስፈልጉት መስፈርቶች: በአጠገብ ድጋፎች መካከል ያለው የከፍታ ልዩነት (ርቀት L2): ትንሹ የ L2 / 800 እና 10 ሚሜ እሴት, በተመሳሳይ ከፍታ በከፍተኛ እና ዝቅተኛ ድጋፍ መካከል ያለው የከፍታ ልዩነት: 20mm;

2. በፍርግርጉ ኃይል እና መዋቅራዊ ባህሪያት እና በቦታው ላይ ባለው ትክክለኛ የግንባታ ሁኔታ መሰረት የአረብ ብረት ቦታ ክፈፍ የመትከል ሂደትን ይወስኑ;

3. የብረት ቦታ ፍሬም ከተጫነ በኋላ መፈተሽ አለበት.

ሀ.የተፈቀደው የቋሚ እና አግድም የጎን ርዝመት ልዩነት 1/2000 ርዝመት ነው, እና ከ 30 ሚሜ በላይ መሆን የለበትም;

ለ.የሚፈቀደው የመሃል ማካካሻ ዋጋ ከብረት የቦታ ማእቀፉ ስፋት 1/3000 መሆን አለበት እና ከ 30 ሚሜ በላይ መሆን የለበትም ።

ሐ.በዳርቻው ለሚደገፈው የሜሽ ፍሬም ፣ የሚፈቀደው የከፍታ ልዩነት ከጎን ካለው ድጋፍ 1/400 ነው ፣ እና ከ 15 ሚሜ በላይ መሆን የለበትም ፣ እና ከፍተኛው እና ዝቅተኛው ከ 30 ሚሜ በላይ መሆን የለበትም።በበርካታ ነጥቦች የተደገፈ የሜሽ ፍሬም, የሚፈቀደው የከፍታ ልዩነት ከጎን ካለው ድጋፍ 1/800 ነው, እና ከ 30 ሚሜ በላይ መሆን የለበትም.

መ.እንደ መመዘኛዎቹ እና የንድፍ መስፈርቶች መሰረት የፍርግርግ ማፈንገጥን ይወቁ.ከግንባታ በኋላ, የብረት የቦታ ማእቀፍ ማጠፍ ከዲዛይን ስሌት ዋጋ ከ 115% በላይ መሆን የለበትም.(ከፍተኛው የፍርግርግ ፍሬም L/250 የማጠፊያ ዋጋ)

4. በአገር ውስጥ የብየዳ ኳሶች ካሉ ግሩቭ ብየዳ የመዳሪያውን ኳስ እና ዘንግ ለመገጣጠም የሚያገለግል ሲሆን የብየዳ ስፌት ደረጃ ከሁለተኛው ክፍል ያነሰ መሆን የለበትም።

5. የአረብ ብረት የቦታው ክፈፍ ተከላ ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ, የቦታው ክፈፍ መገጣጠሚያዎች እና ዘንጎች ገጽታ ንጹህ እና ጠባሳ እና ቆሻሻ የሌለበት መሆን አለበት.የቦልት ኳስ መገጣጠሚያዎች መገጣጠሚያዎች እና ከመጠን በላይ ቀዳዳዎች መሙላት እና በቅባት መዘጋት አለባቸው.

6. ፍርግርግ በሚጠቀሙበት ጊዜ ሁሉን አቀፍ የፀረ-ሙስና ጥገና በየ 4 እና 5 ዓመታት መከናወን አለበት.

For the mesh frame supported by the periphery, the allowable height deviation is 1/400 of the adjacent support, and should not be greater than 15mm, and the maximum and minimum should not be greater than 30mm; for the mesh frame supported by multiple points, the allowable height deviation is 1/800 of the adjacent support, and should not be greater than 30mm; d. Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
